Mash Hockey is excited to announce that we have teamed up with AP+ Performance for a camp both forwards and defense won’t want to miss! Forwards will be training with Mash Hockey on forward specific skills while the defense will train on defense specific skills with AP+ Performance.

A+ Performance Hockey School is run by owner and head instructor Gianmarco Aiello. He specializes in helping young players improve their defense hockey skills and on ice performance.  A+ Performance is one of the only Schools around the GTA that just work with defense only. Working on all areas of the game from the defensive zone to the offensive zone, edge work, stick handling, shooting, and positional play for game related situations. A+ Performance Hockey School strives on enhancing each player’s development, season success, and preparing for game time performance.

Spots are limited to 10 forwards/10 defense per age group and will be on a first come basis!

With both coach G and myself being a product of Bradford we’re looking forward to this camp and continuing to grow the game of hockey in this area we grew up in!

We’ll see you there!

Take your game to the next level with

Mash Hockey/AP+ Performance

Individual Skills

Puck skills, skating techniques, and conditioning drills are taught in a progressive format that emphasize how these skills apply to all game situations.

Power Skating

Players will develop a more explosive and lengthened stride, and will be challenged to perform elite level skating maneuvers during in game situations.

Edge Work

We show you how to create power through correct use of your edges. Body positioning and correct technique are vital to creating a good skater.

Mash Hockey can improve each player’s quickness, balance, speed, agility and power through a series of specifically designed hockey drills and exercises.

Skating and puck skills specific to your position, and teaching shooting with techniques and proper execution for your position on the ice.

Stick Handling

Players will learn how to maximize their movements from the skates up to their hands. Players will develop more confidence and overall skills.

Game Situation Drills

Players will train on game situational scenarios such as 2vs1, 2vs2, 3vs2. These scenarios will help with decision making when it comes to the in-season games.

Our mentoring process is where our coaches, with the required skills, knowledge and support help to promote and sustain a player's development.
